The Ora book trilogy

Three volumes in development, written alongside the Ora system itself. Each volume is independently readable; together they cover what the system is, why it works, and what its release does to the world.

  • Volume 1 — Natural Language Programming. The technical-but-accessible volume on how natural-language frameworks operate as the source code for cognitive automation. Domain experts as the contribution surface; the inversion of conventional open-source contribution; the framework specification as the unit of cognitive infrastructure. The companion book to the Ora launch.
  • Volume 2 — Reliable AI Automation. The architectural argument. Why drift, forgetting, and hallucination are architectural problems rather than capability problems; why bigger models do not fix architectural problems; what the adversarial review pipeline, framework discipline, mode dispatch, and persistent state actually do; honest treatment of where the architecture helps a lot, where it helps somewhat, and where it cannot help.
  • Volume 3 — The Transition: The Post-Release World. The civilizational essay. What the public-domain release of cognitive infrastructure produces; the four phases of the transition (acute disruption, restructuring, new equilibrium, mature transformation); the bifurcation between convenience and sovereignty markets; the long-form analysis underlying the launch essay at ora-ai.org/launch-essay.

The American Jesus trilogy

A novel trilogy in development. The premise concerns a contemporary American Jesus figure whose return is not a triumph but a sequence of recognitions about what the culture has become. Long-form fiction that the founder has been working on alongside the analytical work.

Mira and the Human Nexus

A novel project on the relationship between human cognition and the architectures we build to extend it. Different register from American Jesus; closer to speculative literary fiction than to theological-realist fiction. In development.

The cosmology paper

A standalone physics paper in preparation. The work sits outside the AI/cognitive-automation focus of the rest of the corpus and addresses a foundational question in cosmology directly. To be released as a preprint when ready.

The Hard Problem dossier

A five-part analytical dossier on the Hard Problem of consciousness, completed 2026. Treats the problem against the framework of Contact-as-Feeling, Thought-Feeling unity, and observational standing as constitutional commitments. Part of the philosophical foundation behind the AHI reframe — see the AHI argument page.

Methodology essays

Shorter analytical pieces produced as the Ora system has developed: on framework design, on the four-layer governance model for the knowledge library, on the chokepoint-elimination logic of the Foundation's mission, on the relationship between cognitive automation and contemplative practice. Will be cataloged here as they are published.

Main Street Independent

The publication operating from the same methodology Ora operationalizes — on a daily news beat. Cross-link to the dedicated MSI page; the publication itself is at mainstreetindependent.com.
